EVENT

Savannah Cars and Coffee Aug 5th 2017

Venue: Habersham Village, Savannah, GA

Savannah is simply a beautiful place. With a lot of forest, a humid and rainy weather, many swamps with alligators, and a downtown with Victorian-style buildings and houses. Also it's a place with a lot of history. There have been Olympics competitions, squadrons have fled and fought in the WWII and have recorded scenes of famous films like Forrest Gump. In my visit to this beautiful and green city I took the time to go out and meet fabulous people driving cars just as fabulous. So it was that on Facebook I knew about a Cars and Coffee meeting that was organized in downtown Savannah and what would have been the first Cars and Coffee I attended, after learning of its existence thanks to the viral video of the blue Mustang GT350 that skids against the crowd. I can say that it was excellent to be the first one, that although I was told by the attendees that there were few people compared to other days, I was lucky to find a Detomaso Pantera, a Ferrari 360 and several 911 Porsches among them a Speedster. The only bad thing was I didn't see any water-cooled VW at all. Anyway, enjoy the Euro gallery I brought from Cars and Coffee in Savannah, GA and I hope to return very soon!
